Pritika Auto Industries Limited has started the commercial production of four newly developed components for a multinational tractor manufacturer in India. The announcement comes after successful inspections and trials conducted by the client, paving the way for large-scale production. The components being produced include a hydraulic cylinder case, a bracket top link, a hydraulic block, and a tube cylinder.
The estimated annual business value of these components is approximately ₹20 crore, adding to the company’s current order book. Over the next four to five years, the total projected revenue from these orders is expected to range between ₹80 crore and ₹100 crore, providing long-term financial visibility.
As part of its growth strategy, Pritika Auto Industries recently announced a rights issue worth ₹49.90 crore to support its expansion plans and reduce existing debt. The company has also received a reaffirmed stable credit rating from CARE Ratings Ltd., underscoring its financial stability.
