Kranti Industries Limited, a manufacturer of precision components, has received a sample purchase order from Bonfiglioli Transmission Private Limited for the development and supply of industrial machinery parts for use in heavy-duty gearbox systems. The estimated annualized value of the order is approximately INR 68.4 million.
The order marks Kranti Industries’ entry into the heavy-duty gearbox segment, expanding its manufacturing portfolio into a new product category. The engagement involves the development of mechanically complex components, and the company expects it to provide long-term business opportunities. The components will be developed and supplied as per the proposed purchase order timelines.

Kranti Industries Limited, established in 1981 and listed on the BSE, manufactures precision components for original equipment manufacturers in the tractor, construction equipment, automotive, and electric vehicle sectors. The company operates three manufacturing units in Pune, equipped with 80 production machines and various machining centres including CNC turning and multi-axis machining centres.
