Fiem Industries Limited, a manufacturer of auto components, has inaugurated a new office in Gurugram, Haryana, combining its R&D-Electronics division, Innovation Centre, and Corporate Office in a single location. The company expects the consolidation to improve coordination between departments, speed up decision-making processes, and support a unified organizational culture.

“This strategic move brings together core management functions of the Company under one roof, fostering enhanced collaboration and efficiency. This move will strengthen our capabilities to better serve our Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the two-wheeler and four-wheeler segments.” said J.K. Jain, Chairman and Managing Director.

Fiem Industries also reported key details on its manufacturing operations and customer base for the financial year ending March 2025. The company operates multiple facilities across India for its automotive lighting, rear view mirrors, plastic moulded parts, and other components.

The company’s automotive lighting business, including headlamps, tail lamps, fog lamps, and blinker lamps, contributed INR 17,560 million in FY25. These products are manufactured across eight units located in Haryana, Tamil Nadu, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Gujarat.

Rear view mirrors, another major product category, were produced at three manufacturing units and contributed INR 2,666 million to FY25 revenues. The production process includes in-house mirror plate making, plastic housing, rod fabrication, and final assembly.

Fiem Industries operates over 450 injection moulding machines across six plants for its plastic moulded parts business. These machines range from 50 to 1,400 tonnes in capacity and produce components weighing between 20 grams to 2.5 kilograms. Sales from this segment reached INR 2,362 million in FY25. The plastic parts include both components for internal use in lighting and mirrors, as well as standalone parts like front fenders, floor panels, side covers, and seat bases.

In addition to these main segments, the company manufactures sheet metal parts, canisters, and bank angle sensors. Sheet metal operations are based at units in Tamil Nadu, Himachal Pradesh, and Rajasthan and include processes such as stamping, rolling, welding, and coating. Revenues from this miscellaneous category, including fabrication items and sensors, totaled INR 894 million in FY25.

The company’s FY25 customer concentration in the automotive segment was distributed among key two-wheeler manufacturers: Honda Two Wheeler Group (27.8 percent), TVS Motor Company (27.84 percent), India Yamaha (14.9 percent), Suzuki Motorcycle (9.25 percent), Eicher Royal Enfield (4.6 percent), and others. The replacement market contributed 5.67 percent, while other customers accounted for 9.94 percent.

Fiem Industries Limited, incorporated in 1989 and listed on Indian stock exchanges since 2006, manufactures automotive lighting and signalling equipment, rear view mirrors, and associated components. The company also has business interests in LED display systems and electronics through in-house R&D and collaborations. It operates manufacturing and design facilities across India and overseas, including Japan and Italy.
