Remsons Industries Ltd., a Mumbai-based automotive component supplier, has entered into a technical license agreement with AUSUS Automotive Systems do Brasil LTDA to transfer proprietary automotive component technologies to Brazil. The agreement aims to support local Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) by enabling domestic production of these components using Remsons’ licensed technologies.
Under the agreement, Remsons will provide AUSUS with advanced engineering and manufacturing technologies, allowing the Brazilian firm to produce automotive parts tailored for the local market. The initiative is designed to bolster the capabilities of Brazilian OEMs and support the growth of the country’s automotive manufacturing sector.
