Precision Autocastings Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of castings and precision-machined components, has inaugurated a new greenfield foundry and machine shop at Kaladera, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The facility, designated as Unit II, adds 30,000 metric tons (MT) of annual production capacity, expanding the company’s manufacturing capabilities for the automotive and engineering sectors.
The inauguration took place on 7 July 2025 and was reportedly attended by representatives from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) such as Ashok Leyland, CNH Industrial, Escorts Kubota, JCB India, VE Commercial Vehicles, and Bharat Fritz Werner.
Precision Autocastings operates another unit in Jaipur, providing a range of ferrous casting solutions including grey iron and ductile iron components. This unit is referred to as Unit I and is equipped with high-pressure moulding lines, induction melting furnaces, automated sand plants, CNC and VMC machining centers, and dedicated pattern and tool rooms.
In-house quality control infrastructure includes spectrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and non-destructive testing (NDT) capabilities. These systems support both high-volume production and small-batch, customized orders for domestic and export clients.
