Ltd., a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, has opened a new manufacturing facility in Sonipat, Haryana, which the company says doubles its annual production capacity from 1,500 to 3,000 agricultural machines. The new site also includes a research and development centre focused on electrification in farming—with projects covering agri‑drones, electric tillers, and smart farming implements.
According to the company, this expansion will enable faster delivery times and improved quality control for their products. The company added that engineers at the new R&D centre will work on next‑generation agricultural technologies.
The facility is expected to generate skilled employment in the Sonipat region and support greener agricultural practices. The company further stated plans to launch new products, expand its workforce, and pursue collaborations in the agri‑tech sector.
Founded in 2021 and headquartered at Baraut, Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh, CAM Agrotech is a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, serving over 100,000 farmers across multiple states. With the new Sonipat facility, the company claims to have doubled its production capacity and added a dedicated R&D centre targeting agricultural electrification.
